I find the easiest way to get myself to cook during the week is with an easy, simple game plan. I start by thinking of a few related recipes I can make that leverage similar ingredients. Suddenly, my grocery list isn’t so daunting and I’m eating thematically for a few meals without wasting or buying random ingredients. I realized that others may want to do this too, and so, themed weeks were born. Three recipes with a corresponding grocery list that you can easily accomplish each week! Oh, and of course, fun facts and great music to go with each 🙂
